Do you agree to the proposed constitution change regarding the membership renewal? “Any person joining the Club after 1st October shall be deemed to have paid his or her subscription for the following year in respect of access to CDRC events. If that person wishes to be registered with BRC before 1 January of the following year, or compete in BRC or Riding Club Area events between 1 October and 31 December, he or she must pay the amount of the membership levy required by BRC from CDRC.”
